Working on the same game for a long time can change how you look at it. It is a common problem to start feeling bored and lose your passion. This results in many people to abandon their project, which is a pity. So, to make everything interesting again, I have decided to switch to a new workflow. I will be developing two games at once, a small (more basic) game, and a relatively larger game.
This week I became an indie game developer, and I started working on my first game. This article is about the tools I use, and why, hopefully you can discover something new. There are lots of tools to choose from for indie devs, and sometimes, there is no best choice. The information below is just my opinion so take it with a pinch of salt.

What is game development to me?
I have always liked video games, but that is not what drove me to my decision, today. What I like the most about game development is to see how different components interact with each other and build a whole system which we can understand, and interact with, and then have fun with!
